What we collect
When you submit a form on delimetree.com, we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, company and message), plus the page you submitted from, referring page, campaign tags, IP address and browser type — used to respond to you and to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and — if you joined an early-access list — to tell you about that product. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries are stored on our own server and delivered to our business email inbox. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small local preference (light/dark theme) may be stored in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. This policy is aligned with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and the principles of the GDPR.
